Dogtato-kun is an adorable little dog/potatoe I was recently been made aware of. You can see his amazingly cute escapades here on Youtube.
He doesn't really spout such ignorant bull' in the cartoon. There's something that will make you uncomfortable in a similar fashion, but I feel that may just be something gained translation.
